Arriving at Exhale is an experience in itself, thanks to our streamlined concierge check-in. Forget about the hassle of lockboxes, codes, or keys. Instead, you’ll be greeted by two NobleBnB staff members who will ensure everything is perfect before you step through the door.

  • Pre-Arrival Setup: Our staff will unlock the house, turn on the lights, open windows, and adjust the air conditioning or heating as needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere just for you.

  • Personalised Welcome: Upon your arrival, our team will unload your luggage from your car and give you a thorough tour of the home.

  • Grocery Assistance: If you’ve brought fridge or pantry items, we’ll unpack them for you, placing everything in the fridge or cupboard so you can start your stay without any fuss.

  • Local Delicacies: Enjoy a complimentary bottle of both red and white local wines, a delicious antipasto platter featuring cheese, small goods, olives, and crackers, as well as sparkling water, soft drinks, or juice.

Our concierge will offer to stay for up to an hour to assist with connecting to WiFi, answer any questions you might have, or leave you in peace to begin your luxurious stay. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Hassle-Free Check-Out with Concierge Services

We know that the end of a holiday can be stressful, especially when it comes to tidying up and checking out. That’s why we offer our exclusive concierge check-out service, designed to make your departure as smooth and relaxed as your arrival.

  • Late Check-Out: Guests using our concierge check-out service can enjoy a late check-out time of 12 noon, giving you extra time to savour your final moments at Exhale.

  • Packing Assistance: Two NobleBnB staff members will arrive at check-out time to help you pack up your belongings and load your luggage into your car.

  • Household Chores: Leave the coffee cups and breakfast dishes in the sink. Our team will take care of washing dishes, wiping down benches, and removing rubbish from the home.

  • Fridge/Freezer Management: We’ll empty your fridge and freezer, packing up items for you to take home or discarding them as needed.

  • Final Walk-Through: Our staff will conduct a thorough walk-through to ensure nothing is forgotten, switching off all lights, air conditioning, and heating, closing windows, and locking up the home.

  • Farewell Service: We’ll see you off and finish any final tidy-up tasks, preparing the home for our cleaning team.

Please note that concierge check-out is subject to availability and an additional cost. We highly recommend booking this service in advance to ensure a seamless end to your stay.
